    If within 60 days of delivery of your resume package you have not received any interviews, contact us by email at to let us know. We will then update your resume and deliver it to you within 7 business days. The guarantee lasts 60 days after the delivery of final resume via email. There are no other conditions or limitations to this guarantee and please email us with any questions.

      What is your sign-up process?

      Choose the resume package that you are interested in. Then sign up online in our secure page. Once we received your order, you will automatically receive a questionnaire along with an order receipt.

      You have the option to either disregard the questionnaire or submit your own draft (existing resume). Whichever is available, e-mail it to us.

      + How soon will I get my resume?

      Once we have your payment and the completely answered questionnaire or copy of your resume, it will only take three (3) to seven (7) business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for you to have your initial draft. After carefully reviewing it, please inform us if we can then write the final copy or if there is a need for revision. Let us know if you wish to expedite the process and we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities.
